4. WhatsApp Business and automated communications
NextFlow Tech uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to receive and send business messages. When a person communicates with NextFlow Tech through WhatsApp, message content, phone number and related messaging metadata may be processed through Meta's infrastructure and through NextFlow Tech's automation systems.
Some incoming messages may be processed by artificial intelligence services to generate or assist with automated replies. Automated responses are used for communication and support purposes and may be escalated to human review when appropriate.
5. Service providers and data sharing
NextFlow Tech does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support the operation of the service, including:
- Meta Platforms / WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging.
- OpenAI for AI-assisted message processing where enabled.
- Google services used for operational records or integrations where enabled.
- Hosting, infrastructure, email and automation providers required to operate NextFlow Tech systems.
These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Data retention

8. International processing

10. Website storage and cookies
The current NextFlow Tech website uses browser local storage to remember language and light/dark theme preferences. Hosting infrastructure may also generate standard server logs. Advertising cookies are not required for the core website experience described by this policy.

NextFlow Tech's business services are not directed to children, and NextFlow Tech does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through its business website or WhatsApp service.
